Outside of strategy, I’ve long moonlighted as a photographer - first drawn to the unstoppable energy of street photography and now focusing on portraiture and lifestyle photography. These days, my favorite subject is my daughter, and I’m endlessly grateful to capture her in all her light and wonder.

For me, photography and strategy go hand in hand. Both are ways of seeing – recognizing patterns and anomalies, uncovering what’s emerging, and deciding what belongs in focus and what should fade in the background. Both require building intimacy with your subject – enough to trust and reveal something true about themselves. It’s all storytelling: shaping what’s already there into something that resonates. And especially for me, it’s always about that aha, breathe-catching moment when I know I’ve captured something real, something special, something beautiful.
